《伺服电机与驱动技术》课程介绍 课程代码: B080830608003 课程名称(中文):伺服电机与驱动技术 课程名称(英文):Servo motor and drive technology 开课单位:智能工程学院 学分:3.5 总学时:64 课程简介: 《伺服电机与驱动技术》是机器人工程专业的专业必修课。通过本课程的学习,使学生了解运动控制系统有关知识,掌握直流拖动自动控制系统的基本概念、基本组成环节和基本控制规律及运动控制系统中调节器的工程设计方法,以及以交流电动机为控制对象的交流拖动系统等。 本课程包括三部分内容。第一部分以直流电动机为控制对象的直流拖动控制系统,介绍直流拖动自动控制系统的基本概念、基本组成环节和基本控制规律及自动控制系统中调节器的工程设计方法等。第二部分讲述有关交流变频调速的基本控制方式、SPWM变频调速系统、通用型变频器的外围设备和运行控制等基本内容的基础上,进一步研究异步电动机的多变量数学模型及坐标变换,按转子磁场定向的矢量控制系统,转差型矢量控制系统,电压空间矢量控制系统和直接转矩控制系统以及微机控制变频调速系统,同步电动机调速系统、绕线式异步电动机串级调速系统和交流调压调速系统等。最后一部分介绍了伺服系统的组成、数学模型以及伺服系统的工程设计方法等。 通过本门课程的学习,要求学生能够掌握直流调速系统、交流调速系统到伺服系统的组成、运行原理及关键驱动技术,综合运用电磁学、模拟电子技术、电力电子技术等基础知识,应用自动控制理论解决运动控制系统的分析和设计等实际问题。理解工业机器人关键部件的运行和驱动原理及过程。从而使学生获得必需的专业技能锻炼,有关的专业技术知识得以充实与提高。 “Servo motor and drive technology” is a compulsory course for robot engineering majors. Through the study of this course, students can understand the relevant knowledge of the motion control system, master the basic concepts, basic components and basic control rules of the automatic control system of dc drive, the engineering design method of the regulator in the motion control system, and the ac drive system with ac motor as the control object. This course consists of three parts. The first part of the dc drag control system, which takes dc motor as the control object, introduces the basic concept, basic components and basic control rules of the dc drag automatic control system and the engineering design method of the regulator in the automatic control system. The second part tells about the basic control mode for the ac frequency conversion speed control, SPWM variable frequency speed regulation system, the periphery of the universal frequency converter device and operation control, etc, on the basis of the basic content, further study of multivariable mathematical model of asynchronous motor and the coordinate transformation, according to the rotor field-oriented vector control system, the slip vector control system, the voltage space vector control system and direct torque control system and computer control variable frequency speed regulation system, synchronous motor drive system, wound rotor asynchronous motor cascade speed regulation system and ac regulating speed system, etc. The last part introduces the servo system composition, mathematical model and the servo system engineering design method. Through learning this course, demand the students to master the dc speed regulation system, to the servo system of ac adjustable speed system composition, operation principle and key drive technology, the integrated use of electromagnetism, analog electronic technology, power electronics technology and other basic knowledge, application of automatic control theory to solve the motion control system analysis and design of practical problems. Understand the operation and driving principle and process of key components of industrial robot. So that students obtain the necessary professional skills training, the relevant professional technical knowledge to enrich and improve.
